Deposit: one month rent Important conditions:- You’ll be sharing the apartment with two Portuguese girls (Sofia and Catarina), who are still looking for a new place and will stay until they find an alternative.- When Catarina and Sofia leave (they will move out together), you’ll have two options:1) Move out as well, ending your stay.2) Stay until the end of the contract (September thirty), which means finding 2 people to take over the other two rooms.
