The room is located at the attic in a modern, very comfortable and spacious house.The house is shared with two other housemates (a woman and a man in their 20ties/30ties).The room does not have a physical wall or door and is part of the general attic space which is in total ~30 sqm.However the room's privacy and separation from the washmachine/dryer space is provided by Japanese divider.There is a house rule that housemates communicate when they want to do the laundry to minimize interruption.The house contains one bathroom and two toilets, shared kitchen, living room, dining room.There is a spacious, green garden and shed where bike can be potentially kept.House is equipped with triple glazed windows that provide fantastic acoustic comfort and a balanced ventilation system that takes care of air quality.Candidates are kindly asked to describe their situation, motivations, potential preferences and expectations.Also a few general words about themselves would be appreciated.
