Hey everyone we are looking for a housemate for our cozy house very close to the centre of Utrecht. Due to a last minute cancellation of a prospective housemate we are looking for someone who can move in quitequickly . 6 of May is when the lease starts About the house:The house is on the second floor of a nice quiet street and is a shared common room and kitchen. Your room is on the right and leads onto the balcony. Which is great in Summer. We have BBQs sometimes or chill. Upstairs there's two other bedrooms and a shared bathroom.To keep it clean we have a weekly cleaning schedule and it rotates, we are up for changing to adapt to people's needs. But we do appreciate tidyness Important info about the contract:We currently have a contract until 29-Feb next year. We have every reason to assume it will be extended but we can't guarantee it. Also the main contract is held between one of the housemates and the landlord and the other two sublease from the him. Also the deposit is high for this place so please make sure that's okay before messaging.About the room:Cozy room, comes furnished can either keep most of the furniture like the bed or the wardrobe or we can get rid of it. It is nice that it comes with a balcony of course. People in the house are respectful of people peoples privacy and free time/preferences when it comes to people sharing the balcony. About the housemates:One from Ireland one from Bulgaria. Both working professionals Mon-Fri. Both get up early and can be gone quite a bit. Both are fit into fitness, cycling. One is into producing music. In terms of languages one is almost fluent in Dutch and one is learning.What we are looking for:-ideally a working professional-clean-someone with nice hobbies/easy to live with.Interesting then do these things:Send a some photos of yourself Tell us a bit about yourself, your schedule, what you do for work/studyWhat you would like in a house/housemates Hobbies interests
